Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All our orders are dispatched through PostNord. We use the following shipping rates. 

Sweden: 39SEK and free shipping over 1.499SEK. Tracking numbers are provided to all our customers.

European Union:
99SEK (approximately 9€) and free shipping over 2.000SEK. Tracking numbers are provided to all our customers.

UK:

Due to Brexit and large handling/administration costs we do not accept orders with a value below 135 GBP. Above the limit of 135 GBP Tracking numbers are provided to all our customers.

Rest of the world: 149SEK (approximately 15€) and free shipping over 2.000SEK. Tracking numbers are provided to all our customers outside of EU. 

Any custom duties and local taxes are the buyers responsibility. 


Returns

We accept both returns and change of products 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered if they are unused and in the same condition as when delivered. It's the buyers responsibility to cover all shipping costs.

Original tracking number (if one has been provided to you by us) 
Original Packing list
Tic in the box for returned items provided by your courier. 
If you don't follow these steps and we are charged with customs or any sort of extra fee from the shipping company we will deduct that amount from your refund.
